Over the past 25 years, I have been lucky enough to have had articles published in the 'Jane Austen Society Annual Reports'. Many of these highlight Alton, Chawton and the surrounding area and the Society have been kind enough to allow some to be put together into a small book for the 250th anniversary of Jane's birth and the 180th anniversary of the death of her sister Cassandra.
