'Green Room' evening— 27th April 2018, in Headley Village Hall

Photos taken by Janet Hardinge

John McGregor gave us 'part 2' of his "Terrible Twos" jokes
(part 1 had been last year!)

Jo Smith gave us more sax than we were used to.

Angela Berry was our own Pam Ayres.

Rachel Spiller sang "There's Gotta Be Something Better Than This".

Allison Sutcliffe played us some Irish Recorder Tunes.

Zya White gave us her brilliant GCSE Drama piece.

Shirley Neil disclosed more of her 'anecdotes'.

Pru Harrold and her sister Janet (over on a visit from Canada) sang about their 'Holiday Dinner Party' – which took us to Half Time.

Chris Millard began the second half by informing us that Rosencrantz and Guildenstern were dead.

Rufus Kendall organised some hilarious 'Improv'.

Dil, Jo and Nick sang a couple of songs: 'Come and Be Welcome' and 'Pied Piper'.

Jonathan Neil explained the function (or not) of the 'Chuckle Muscle'.

Rachel directed her cast in the '5-minute Cinderella'.

Steve, Zak and Mel gave us 'In a Country Churchyard'.

And top of the bill were Pete and Barbara (aka Rough Ditch Folk) giving us their own version of 'Battle of the Somme' followed by a good old singalong of 'Morningtown Ride'.

Our thanks to Rachel who organised the evening.
